Our platform offers courses in multiple languages, simply navigate to the red globe in the top right corner   and select your preferred language. Different languages also offer unique courses, which you can explore! English courses will always be visible across all languages. If you wish to switch languages, you can use the same email and password to register with a new account across all the languages.

How do I register for a Fagron Video Platform account?

You can easily register as a user by clicking on "SIGN UP" on the Video Platform homepage.
If you experience difficulties, reach out to us through the form in the Contact section.

*If you wish to navigate the different languages, you will need to register again using "SIGN UP" on the desired language page. You can still use the same email address and password when creating the new account. There is no restriction to your email address across all the 8 languages.

What's the difference between FACTS and this platform?

Our online learning management system is separate from both Fagron.us and the fagronacademy.com site. Although Fagron Academy Technical Support (FACTS) members have access to content and discounts on the site, you must create another login to use this site. Creating a login here is free of charge.

What's the difference between FACTS and Fagron Academy?

Fagron Academy Technical Support (FACTS) is a service that helps to address compounding inquiries and offers customer support to its members. The Fagron Academy provides educational resources to help you grow and expand your business. The goal of Fagron Academy is to educate pharmacy professionals on compounding topics and offer them the tools and knowledge they need to grow their business and offer exemplary service to their customers and physicians.

Do I have to pay for registration on Fagron Video Platform?

Registration on Fagron Academy is free and grants you access to hours of high-quality technical and scientific content. Additionally, premium content will be offered on a pay-per-course basis.

How do I use my FACTS discount on classes?

As a FACTS member, some of the classes and videos on this site are available to you at reduced or no charge. When you sign up for FACTS, you receive a discount code tied to your specific tier; "Red Tier" or "White Tier". If you aren't sure what your discount code is, reach out to the FACTS team using the question submission form at https://www.fagronacademy.us/FACTS

How can I switch my language?

You can easily switch your language by clicking on the globe icon in the right corner:   

You may then explore all the 8 languages available and see the unique trainings in different fields. In case you see a training which is of interest to you but unavailable in your language, please contact academy.learning@fagron.com and we would be pleased to provide a new translated course.

How can I find the course I am looking for?

On the Video Platform home page you will be able to filter courses per category, or by using the search bar.

 How do I know if a course fits my learning goals?

To ensure you use your time wisely and select content that helps you grow your skills:

  • Check if you belong to the intended target groups.
  • Watch the teaser on the course page to see if it sparks your interest.
  • Click on the course name to learn more, especially the "Why should I take this course?" section.
  • Scroll to the "Meet the Instructor" section to learn about the expert giving the course.

I am not able to play the course I have selected, what could have gone wrong?

After registering to Fagron Academy - Video Platform, you should be able to watch the course that you have selected. If this is not the case, consider the following:

  • Are you registered? If no, go ahead and register as a user with us. If you’re already registered, make sure you’re logged in your account.
  • Is the course you’re trying to attend free or paid? In case it is paid content, make sure to complete payment before you watch the course.
